Sueyan's Day 3 Boot Camp

Building a new habit takes time, patience and practice. I'm pleased to announce that it is our third successful day of starting the day at 4am !!!

It's really a sense of achievement to do it 3 days in a row and to follow through.

This morning, we did a morning energizing meditation from meditationoasis.com

My experience this morning of absorbing the morning energy was that it is light, serene, peaceful and yet full of mystery and adventure. I thought of what it's like to be a bug, moving through the night to feed in the early morning.

Although I used to feel that it was slightly creepy and eerie before dawn, I am now starting to appreciate the beauty of the grounding feeling of the time between 4am to 6am.

Getting in touch with your business Deva - our morning meditation

This morning we did a meditation led by Hiro Boga on getting in touch with our business Deva.

She shares that a deva is a shining being, or spirit if you like, that exists in the etheric realm.

A business deva is essentially the spirit of the business. Your business exists physically but it also has a spirit just like you and me. Because this spirit exists etherically, it isn't able to manifest physically and grow your business. The business requires you to take the physical action. However, your business deva is more than willing to share its wisdom on how to help your business grow if you are willing to communicate and build a stronger relationship with it. Remember that building a new relationship is just like making a new friend, it may take some time to trust and understand each other better.

Sueyan's Day 1 of boot camp

Our first day of starting the day at 4am is a SUCCESS !
Taking our own initiative to be on time, we had breakfast, did a half hour meditation and completed the artwork for our new product.

It feels good to be awake before sunrise, accomplishing various things and watching the sky turn bright from the window. Each day, we take turns being the instructor for the day, giving instructions on what to do and how to do them. This builds leadership and belief in myself that I have direction and am able to make good decisions based on what I think instead of what i think other people want to do. Character building in confidence and following through on my inner voice Yay!

Prosperity Sisters are doing it one day at a time. We are successfully getting there with each and every step we take. We can do it !

Today will be a productive day because Instructor Sueyan still has other programs planned like doing exercise , writing articles and discussing our marketing strategy. What an exciting day !! love it !
